HALO HAIR EXTENSIONS is a small salon with an intimate group of stylists in our team. As you can imagine we are extremely busy and usually booked up a few weeks in advance.  We have a strict 7 days' notice for all cancellations/rescheduled appointments. 

This is in place to protect our business as our time is very valuable and we offer an inclusive service to all our clients. There is a option to postpone your appointment within 48 hours but a 15% of your total appointment will be charged as a fee. This is a non negotiable. We understand everyone has circumstances that come up but this fee is in place to cover staffing costs + other costs that incur by you cancelling/postponing.

Please be aware that as a small business we are heavily impacted by last minute cancellations and no shows. We pride ourselves on providing a top quality service and cancellation can impact our business dramatically.

 

All deposits/payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, Unfortunately If 7 days' notice is not provided, the total deposit amount will be forfeited. If you provide 7 or more days' notice, we will happily reschedule your appointment or keep a credit on your account for you to use in the near future.
