Before finalising your appointment we request that you carefully review our comprehensive list of policies and detailed terms and conditions provided below. This ensures that your experience at Halo Hair Extensions Perth is seamless and enjoyable.
By scheduling an appointment with us, you are consenting to our Terms and Conditions, Sales Terms, and Cancellation Policy.
Please note that cancellation charges may apply, and it is the client's responsibility to familiarise themselves with these terms prior to confirming their appointment, thereby ensuring a smooth experience.
We operate on a tiered pricing system that aligns with the skill level of our stylists. Kindly note that the prices listed on our website serve as estimates only.
Prior to commencing any scheduled services, you will receive an accurate quote. Additional product fees may apply for longer or thicker hair lengths.
For bookings made via phone or our online booking platform, deposits are required. The deposit amount will be confirmed based on the selected services.
Please be advised that the service durations indicated on our website pertain solely to the service itself, excluding processing time. These timings are approximations and may vary for each client. We recommend contacting the salon in advance if you require an estimate of your appointment's duration.
24 hours before your appointment, you'll receive a friendly reminder via text or email from us. If you need to adjust your schedule, kindly give us a call at least 48 hours in advance in which a fee may occur as you'll be out of the 5-day notice required. You will also be required to sign our wavier before commencement.
We strive to maintain accurate and current prices on our website. However, we retain the right to modify our prices without prior notice. In the unlikely event that a price is altered after you have authorised payment, you will have the option to cancel your order or authorise an additional payment.
All prices are in Australian dollars, and "HALO HAIR EXTENSIONS" will be displayed on your credit card statement. Our prices are inclusive of the Australian Goods and Services Tax.

APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
When booking an appointment with us and paying a deposit, you acknowledge and understand that all deposits are considered non-refundable. We kindly request a minimum 5-day notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. In the event that the required 5-day notice is not provided, the entire deposit will be forfeited.
Additionally, and at the discretion of Halo Hair staff, a fee equivalent to 15% of the total service cost may be added to appointments being rescheduled after the necessary 5-day notice period has passed.
Should you provide 5 or more days' notice, we will be delighted to either reschedule your appointment or maintain a credit on your account for future use.
CANCELLATIONS
For cancellations, no-shows, or postponements with 48 hours or less notice, the full deposit amount will be forfeited.
In the event that you may need to postpone within less than 48 hours, a fee equivalent to 10% of the total appointment value may be added at the discretion of Halo Hair staff. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and we appreciate your cooperation and understanding. In the event of a no-show or cancellation on the day of the appointment, 100% of the service cost will be charged accordingly.
PRODUCTS
We do not offer refunds for any products purchased at Halo Hair. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Please ensure that you are completely satisfied with your selection before completing your purchase.
CLIP-IN HAIR EXTENSIONS
Due to the nature of clip-in hair extensions, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind.
CUSTOM ORDERS
At Halo Hair, we do offer the option for custom orders to ensure your preferences are met precisely. However, please consider the following before making a custom order request.
When you agree to custom colours or lengths, it indicates your commitment to the specifications as agreed between yourself and Halo Hair staff.
A deposit is required for all custom orders to cover the cost of materials and processing. This deposit is non-refundable.
