Initiating a Return

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
Please keep in mind that the customer is responsible for the costs associated with returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return reaches us safely and promptly. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return transit. Please only ship your item once you have spoken with the customer service team.

Resalable Condition
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be in its original, unopened/sealed packaging and in resalable condition. We understand that sometimes you need to inspect the item, but please refrain from using or opening it extensively if you think you might need to return it. Our team will be happy to assist you with any questions or concerns before making your final decision. If the seal or packaging has been opened the item will not be able to be returned.

Return Authorization
Once you've contacted our customer support team, they will provide you with a return authorization number and postal address. Kindly mark this number clearly on the outside of the package you're returning. We want to ensure a smooth and efficient process for you, so please make sure to include the authorization number. Returns without a valid return authorization number may not be accepted.

Exchange policy
unfortunately we do not offer refunds. With all exchanges we will promptly check the returned items, we will process your exchange upon inspection. Please allow a reasonable processing time for the exchange to be completed and shipped out to you.

Damaged or Defective Products
While we strive to provide you with the best quality products, we understand that occasionally, a damaged or defective item might slip through. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will require photographs to be provided so we can provide further assistance to ensure your complete satisfaction.
